Welcome to Global French Rescuers! We are passionate group of volunteers dedicated to saving dogs from the horrors of the dog meat trade in Korea and China. Many of these innocent animals, who often have loving owners, have fallen victim to this cruel industry. Our mission encompasses not only rescue but also addressing abuse and finding forever homes for these deserving souls. Meet The Founder

Sister Xin

Sister Xin has dedicated over nine years to saving the lives of voiceless animals, starting her rescue missions with her own funds. Often feeling isolated in her rescue missions against the dog meat market, she has felt like she was losing hope for humanity, she relied on the warm hearts of her small team to keep going. In January 2025, she met Americans who were also French Bulldog parents. They immediately embraced her cause, offering to raise awareness and support. With their help, Sister Xin's team is now working tirelessly to rehabilitate over 400 dogs and find them loving homes, but they still need more volunteers, both remotely and abroad, to this vital work.

Pet Transpoter

As a volunteer pet transporter, you can help ensure that pets get the care they need by safely transporting them to shelters, vet appointments, or foster homes. Your time and dedication can significantly impact the lives of these animals, providing them with a better chance for adoption and a loving home. Join us in making a positive change, one paw at a time!

Foster Program

As a dog foster caregiver, your primary duty is to a safe and loving temporary home for dogs in need. This includes feeding, exercising, and socializing the dogs, as well as administering any necessary medications and attending to their grooming needs. You'll also play a crucial role in helping the dogs adjust to a home environment, teaching them basic commands, and preparing them for adoption. Your commitment and compassion can make a significant difference in the lives of these animals as they await their forever homes.

Remote Volunteer

Remote job duties typically include tasks such as communicating with team members via email or video calls, assisting with project planning and execution, conducting research, and providing support to the organization’s initiatives. Volunteers may also be responsible for tracking progress, reporting outcomes, and engaging with the community through social media or other online platforms. Additionally, they might help with administrative tasks, fundraising efforts, and outreach activities to raise awareness about the organization’s mission. Overall, remote volunteers play a vital role in contributing to the success of various projects while working from home.

Abroad Volunteer

we need the most help at our centers. Abroad job duties typically involve participating in our rescue missions, caring for rescued animals, including feeding, grooming, and providing medical care as needed. Volunteers may assist in training and socializing dogs to prepare them for adoption, as well as helping to create a safe and loving environment at the rescue facility. Additionally, they might participate in outreach efforts, such as organizing adoption events or educating the community about pet ownership. Overall, volunteers play a vital role in improving the lives of rescued dogs while gaining valuable experience in animal care and welfare.

Welcome to our Adoption page. Here, you will find a variety of loving dogs looking for their forever homes. Each of these furry friends is ready to bring joy and companionship into your life. Explore our listings and consider giving one of these wonderful pets a second chance! The dogs we rescued from being consumed were bought from different dog meat trucks for 400Ÿuan ($55.10 USD) and 500Ÿuan ($68.88USD) each. We also spend on the car transport to have enough comfortable cooling space for our 3 hour drive back home to our city of HUBEI. For each dog we rescue it cost us about 600ÿuan = $82.66 usd per dog, not including gas & lunch for the drive back and forth, also water for the dogs. Majority of these rescues come in injured or sick. Before Adoption they will need a few weeks to recover, before rehabilitating them and than prepping them for their debut on the Adoption Catalog. However we do have a few dogs that are fully recovered and ready to be adopted LISTED BELOW. Each dog has its own medical expenses. After they are healthy, we hope to find them good homes in order to create a virtuous cycle, where we will continue to rescue more voiceless in the dog meat trucks. This is not for profit. Therefore, we ask for a loving adoption: Adoption fee: 500 ÿuan ($68.88USD), Adoption Deposit will be Waived for adoptions overseas.

Virtual Foster

Welcome to our Virtual Foster Program! If now isn't the right time for you to adopt, you can still make a significant impact by virtually fostering our rescue animals. As a virtual, you'll become their advocate, sharing their stories and photos online to help them find a forever home. Join us in raising awareness and supporting these deserving pets on their journey to adoption!

More about virtual fostering:

No physical care: Unlike traditional fostering, a virtual foster does not provide day-to-day care for the animal in their home.
Online promotion: They primarily focus on sharing the animal's story, photos, and details online to attract potential adopters.
Shelter visits/Video chat: May visit the shelter to spend time with their assigned animal, get updates, and take new pictures. or video chat
Fundraising potential: Can also help raise funds for the animal's medical needs.
